The table below details the single board computer and development tools with which the R8822 (AMD 186 clone) tests utilizing the Borland compiler were performed.

Hardware Setup
Embedded Computer	Flashlite 186 From JK Microsystems Inc.
Processor	R8822 From RDC – instruction and register set clone of an AM186ED from AMD.
Clock Frequency	33.3Mhz stated and measured as being accurate.
RAM interface	External IS41C16256-35K device.
ROM interface	Not applicable - program was executed from RAM.
Development Tools Setup
Compiler	Borland C V4.2.
Debug information	No debug information.
Optimization	“Execution speed”, “Optimize Globally” and “Assume No Pointer Aliasing” switches unless otherwise stated.
