FreeRTOS Documentation

Posted by Westmoreland Engineering on April 23, 2013
Hello Richard,

Just wondering what the plans are to update the FreeRTOS documentation based on the new features that are available since the docs were published.

Is there an addendum available that outlines the new features - such as the new queuing features?

Thanks (and hope to see you at ESC 2013!),
John Westmoreland

Thanks,

Are you referring to the tutorial books or the web documentation. If the web documentation then they are already documented. The books will get updated in due course but I can't say exactly when yet.

Regards.

Richard,

I meant the books (PDFs).

A version 3 of the tutorial book has been started, but I'm afraid it will be some time until it is published because we have sooooooo many other great things going on at the moment. The reference manual is always kept up to date with the latest version.

Regards.

Both books are great, I recomend them... Or the reverse: I don't recomend to anyone an adventure in FreeDOS-land withou them ;-)
