Manual/Tutorial FreeRTOS version

Posted by Peter McConaghy on March 18, 2013
hi

I've got the PDF manual/tutorial from last year. They have version numbers and copyright dates. But there is no indication about what version of FreeRTOS they are written for.

It would be great if they included at the front "Written for FreeRTOS X.xx" - that way I could know what has changed since my manual was released.

It would be even better if the webshop/website listed the current version info of the manuals so that I could see if there was a newer version - at the moment the only way I can see to find out is to buy it again and hope it is newer!

regards, Peter

Thanks for your feedback.

Currently the reference manual is correct for FreeRTOS V7.4.0, but the tutorial book has not been updated.

Regards.

Is there an upgrade path for the manual/tutorial PDFs or do we buy them again?
Do you know when the tutorial will be updated?
