PIC32 freeRTOS manual doubts

Posted by salvitti on October 4, 2011
I'd like to buy the PIC32 freeRTOS manual, but reading into index there's no reference to PIC 32.
Moreover there is a line. "A Note to ARM Cortex M3 users -> pag. 3.95".
Someone has bougth that book and believes it could be useful for PIC32 applications?

I have just done a search in the PIC32 book text, and cannot find any occurrences of the word "Cortex". I'm guessing that you are looking at the table of contents for either the Cortex or standard editions - it might be that all the table of context links just link to the same place, as there is a lot of commonality between the books (much of FreeRTOS is common to all ports).

Regards.

I've clicked on the link: "View the FreeRTOS book table of contents: " just in the section of PIC32.
Probably the link points to the wrong object.

Is it possible to have a copy of TOC of the FreeRTOS eBook PIC32 Edition?

ditto. The biggest problem with that book is my tendency to read things after I need to know them :)
