AVR Studio32 and Stateviewer plug-in

Posted by mizer on September 14, 2009
Hello all,

Has anyone sucessfully operated the FreeRTOS Stateviewer plug-in in the Eclipse environment? I've been struggling w/o success for several days.

Would like to know which version of Studio32, GNU toolchain, eclipse etc were needed. Any other tips or tricks needed.

I've been trying with FreeRTOS version 5.3.

USE_TRACE_FACILITY = 1

configUSE_APPLICATION_TASK_TAG = 1.

At this point I only trying to see the tasks. I get the task 'tab' opened in the eclipse environment. Column headers are all there. But the task table is not populated. It's empty. Where the code is stopped definately many tasks have been created and exist.

Any guidance appreciated.
Regards,

I guess I should say that the project revolves around an Atmel AVR32 UC3A0512. And the development environment is their Studio32. I kind of did in the topic title.
